Our factory, warehouse, and distribution has been operating throughout lockdown and we have implemented additional measures to enable social distancing and keep employees safe. We are bringing back more teams in production and have good availability of all our products.

Normal lead times apply. And with delivery direct from us we will work closely with you to suit your site and project timings. Please get in touch for a quote and to co-ordinate delivery times.


Sales contacts
Find your sales manager – all of our sales managers have now returned to the business. You can find out who your local contact is and get in touch.

Request a quote – our teams are on hand to provide you with a quote. And don’t worry if you have a quote in the system from 2020 we will continue to honour the price after the 60-day validity.

Many of you have been working hard over the last few months, and continue to do so, to repair sites and maintain heating and hot water. If you need a spare part you can contact our spares team in the usual way. 

This month we have launched our NEW spares online portal. You can use this to help identify the spare part you need. Simply pick your boiler or water heater and select the spare part from the exploded diagrams or component listings.
