Andrew Jones, Area Sales Manager joins the Hamworthy team

The Hamworthy team is delighted to announce the arrival of our new Area Sales Manager for the West Midlands, Andrew Jones. Bringing a wealth of engineering, building services and sales experience to the team, Andrew has enjoyed an extensive career in the industry, spanning over four decades.
Starting his career in the Royal Navy as an Engineer in 1981, Andrew joined Lorne Stewart PLC Plymouth in 2007, starting as a small works coordinator and moving on to become a mechanical estimator.
No stranger to the world of building services, Andrew joins Hamworthy Heating from ALS Industrial Services Limited in Warwick where he was employed as a Technical Estimator. Prior to this, Andrew spent four years working for AO Smith Water Heaters as Specification Sales Manager for the Southwest.
This experience was a key factor in the decision to offer Andrew the role of Area Sales Manager. Andrew made the decision to join the Hamworthy team because he was keen for a new challenge, working in commercial heating product sales. Covering the West Midlands, including Hereford and Staffordshire, Andrew thrives on being able to provide comprehensive support and solutions to best service existing and new customer’s requirements and ultimately grow the Hamworthy business across the UK.
In his spare time, Andrew regularly enjoys cycling, swimming and running and can often be found competing in triathlons. As part of his previous role as a Charity Officer in the Royal Navy, Andrew also organised and successfully completed a gruelling charity run, which saw his team from HMS Monmouth raise money for a local charity.
