Why is the commissioning process important?
The best way to ensure your new Hamworthy Heating products are set to our recommendations is to choose us for commissioning. This helps to maximise efficiencies from the first day of operation and prolongs the life of the product.
Does commissioning extend a warranty?
Hamworthy Heating commercial boilers, heat pumps and water heaters come with a 24-month warranty from the date of despatch as standard. If we commission your new products, the warranty will also include the labour part of any warranty work.
If you order commissioning at the same time as your boilers or hot water products, we’ll extend the warranty period up to 30 months from the date of dispatch at no extra cost.
If we commission your Tyneham R32 or R290 heat pumps, the warranty will be extended to five years.
