A huge congratulations to team Hamworthy for their outstanding performance in the 38th annual Leeds Abbey Dash, Yorkshire’s oldest and most beloved 10K event!

Jen Clayton, Bethan Collins, Chris Caton, Amy Sedgwick, and Darren Townend showed incredible dedication and spirit as they powered through the historic streets of Leeds. Their efforts helped raise over £200 for Age UK—an essential charity that provides expert advice, services, and companionship to older people when they need it most.

The day began at Millennium Square, with the team running past the stunning Kirkstall Abbey before reaching the grand finale at Leeds Town Hall. While the 10K route was a challenge, the team’s efforts went far beyond simply crossing the finish line; they also made a significant impact in the community, supporting a cause that touches many lives.
