During a holiday to a well-known caravan park in the North East last year, one of our Product Managers and their family decided to go for a Saturday morning swim but faced a rather chilly experience. Undeterred and hoping the problem had improved, they returned to the pool the next day, only to face the same issue. Curious about the problem, (as only to be expected with our experts), our Product Manager spoke with the Facilities Manager, who informed them that the pool boilers had broken down and needed a full replacement.
Quick to act this information was fed back to the Groupe Atlantic UK Commercial Division (Ideal, ACV, and Hamworthy) first thing on Monday morning. Within 20 minutes, our Area Sales Manager Bob Smith promptly followed up with a phone call to the Facilities Manager to arrange a site survey. With his expertise in identifying energy-efficient products for buildings of various shapes and sizes, Bob quickly found a suitable solution to restore the pool heating system. The selected products were a cascade of 2x Stratton mk3 condensing wall-mounted boilers on a frame and header kit.
Confronted with tight time constraints and the need to get the pool back up and running quickly, the chosen system was efficiently delivered, installed, and commissioned in record time, allowing guests to comfortably enjoy the park's pool once again.
