Stratton mk3 boilers are a flexible and space saving solution

The Stratton mk3 has been developed to meet the varied demands of today’s commercial buildings. With outputs from 40kW to 150kW, it’s ideal for both new builds and refurb projects, and can be installed as a standalone unit or in a cascade configuration to meet higher heating loads without compromising on space.

What really sets the Stratton apart is its compact, lightweight design, making it especially useful in plant rooms where space is at a premium. Models up to 70kW are just 487mm wide, 577mm deep, and 764mm high, which makes them smaller than many comparable boilers on the market. What’s more, when paired with our low-height frame and header kit, the Stratton mk3 provides the most compact cascade configuration available for outputs from 40kW to 70kW.

Commercial boilers built for efficiency

At the heart of the Stratton mk3 is a stainless steel heat exchanger, which offers excellent corrosion resistance and long term system durability. The range delivers up to 97% gross seasonal efficiency and meets Class 6 NOx emissions standards, supporting low-carbon design strategies across a variety of commercial applications.

For even greater performance, the Stratton mk3 can be integrated with our AHRI certified® plate heat exchangers. These units are compact, easy to install, and are constructed using 316 stainless steel plates and copper brazing for enhanced durability.
