A recent boiler replacement project at Skipton Building Society’s headquarters in North Yorkshire shows this in action. The site required a fast, low-disruption solution to replace nine ageing boilers.

Six Purewell Variheat Mk2 condensing boilers were selected for their ability to match the footprint, pipe centres, and servicing clearances of the original units. This meant no major pipework changes or layout modifications. Installed on the original plinths and commissioned in just three weeks, the new boilers caused minimal disruption to building operations.
