For simple installation and maintenance, our new Stratton mk3 wall-hung condensing boiler offers a small but durable solution for projects where location and space present a challenge.
Particularly suited to low-height plant rooms for a variety of new build and retrofit projects, the Stratton mk3 commercial boiler features a 5:1 turndown ratio, pre-mix burner technology for clean operation with ErP Class 6 NOx emissions, and up to 97% gross seasonal efficiency. Also featuring a durable stainless steel heat exchanger for long life, the Stratton mk3 boiler offers exceptional system tolerance and is backed by a five-year heat exchanger warranty.
Available in seven different outputs from 40 to 150kW, single units can also be cascaded to meet building demands or larger installations more effectively.
To support installation, Stratton mk3 is available with a range of easy-to-install AHRI certified® plate heat exchangers designed to enhance energy efficiency and performance. With the flexibility to wall mount or install into a prefabricated floor-mounted frame, a full range of frame and header kits and accessories are also available to support system design.
