The standard parts warranty for a new Hamworthy product covers a period of 24 months from the date of despatch.
This is further enhanced when the product is commissioned by Hamworthy, to include the labour element of any warranty work. If the commissioning is ordered at the time of the product order, Hamworthy will extend the warranty period to 24 months from the date of the commissioning, up to a maximum of 30 months from date of despatch.
Additionally, when using Hamworthy as your service provider (for a two or three year service contract) the product warranty can be extended further on request (terms and conditions apply).
Our new range of Fleet boilers also includes 5 year warranty on the heat exchanger as standard and can be registered online here.
