Warranty

The standard parts warranty for a new Hamworthy product covers a period of 24 months from the date of despatch.

This is further enhanced when the product is commissioned by Hamworthy, to include the labour element of any warranty work. If the commissioning is ordered at the time of the product order, Hamworthy will extend the warranty period to 24 months from the date of the commissioning, up to a maximum of 30 months from date of despatch.

Additionally, when using Hamworthy as your service provider (for a two or three year service contract) the product warranty can be extended further on request (terms and conditions apply).

Our new range of Fleet boilers also includes 5 year warranty on the heat exchanger as standard and can be registered online here.

• Parts warranty only for 2 years from the date of despatch
• Labour warranty included when commissioned by Hamworthy
• Parts and labour warranty extended for 2 years if commissioning is ordered at the time of the product order
• Extended warranty available in conjunction with a Hamworthy service contract
• 5 years standard warranty of the heat exchangers on the Fleet range of boilers.

With an exhaustive range of spare parts for all commercial boilers, water heaters and pressurisation units, we can act quickly to reduce any downtime when breakdowns occur. Parts can be sourced and delivered quickly, allowing repairs to take place with minimum disruption.

Genuine OEM replacement parts have quality assurance conformity and carry a 12 month warranty. It also means you benefit from any technological improvements that may have been made.
