Contracts and Deliveries

All Hamworthy boilers are factory assembled and fully tested in our factory in Poole before being delivered to your premises.

Most parts i.e. pipe kits are supplied packaged separately for assembly on site.

All Hamworthy products are shrink wrapped on a timber pallet or their own base, delivered to site on a tail-lift vehicle, and deliveries are closely co-ordinated with the customer, via our despatch team, to suit the site construction programme. Standard delivery is to ground level from the tail lift vehicle. To enquire about special delivery services please contact our customer services team.

We will aim to meet every client’s delivery requirements, and because all our products are tested rigorously prior to delivery we can minimise the chance of problems when the products are installed.

Contracts and terms will be agreed when placing your order with Hamworthy and tailored to suit your commercial heating project.
